We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Conference and Events Organiser to join our vibrant team and contribute to the seamless execution of our high-quality events and gatherings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning and Coordination**: Oversee the end-to-end planning of conferences, corporate meetings, weddings, and private events, ensuring all details are meticulously managed from initial inquiry to event conclusion.
- **Client Liaison**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, providing event consultation, and delivering exceptional customer service to build strong relationships and repeat business.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining the high standards of The Bridge Hotel.
- **Vendor and Supplier Management**: Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., decorators, caterers, audio-visual providers) to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
- **On-Site Event Management**: Supervise the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and guest satisfaction is achieved.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the hotel’s culinary team and other departments to align on event-specific details, menus, and service timelines.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist in promoting events through social media, community outreach, and partnerships to enhance bookings and brand awareness.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address any last-minute changes or issues with a calm and proactive approach to maintain the event’s success.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an Events or Conference Organiser, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset for designing engaging event experiences.
- Budgeting skills and financial acumen.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
