About the Role
As an ANZ Delivery Framework Analyst in our team, you’ll play a key role in helping to support the ANZ Delivery Framework (ADF) - the process and standards that guide how projects are delivered at ANZ.
In this role, you’ll help ensure high-quality project management and delivery practices by equipping teams with the tools, guidance, and support they need to succeed. Your work will directly contribute to helping our teams deliver what matters.

What will your day look like?
**As an ANZ Delivery Framework Analyst, you will**:
Support the uplift, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ANZ Delivery Framework (ADF)
Promote high-quality project management practices across all initiatives by providing practical guidance and support
Equip teams with the right tools, templates, and resources to help them deliver what matters
Monitor project delivery performance and identifying opportunities to improve how we work
Facilitate process improvement initiatives that enhance delivery effectiveness and team experience
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs and ensure alignment with delivery expectations
Communicate clearly and confidently tailoring your message to different audiences and presenting recommendations that drive action
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
A strong grasp of delivery and governance principles, methods, and techniques, with the ability to guide teams through structured yet adaptable project delivery
The ability to influence, support and educate stakeholders on effective project delivery approaches that balance pace with quality
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, building trusted relationships and fostering alignment across teams
Strong communication and presentation skills—able to tailor messages to different audiences, confidently present insights, and use persuasive influence backed by analysis
A sharp analytical mindset, using data and structured thinking to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement
The ability to translate complex concepts between technical and business contexts, ensuring clarity and shared understanding
Strong organisational and time management skills, with a commitment to following through on priorities
Comfort with ambiguity and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to change
