**$28.49 per hour Casual Fixed Term**

**About the role**:
We are seeking Food & Beverage Superstars to join our team at Australian Outback Spectacular Our Waitpersons are responsible for assisting with the delivery of prepared meals and drinks for up to 900 people, in the unique Australiana atmosphere of Australian Outback Spectacular.

**Duties**:

- Provide superior guest service
- Deliver meals and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Prepare themed tables
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Ensure all tables are cleared efficiently and effectively
- Work in Events and other Departments/Parks as required

**Skills and Experience**:

- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate essential
- Previous restaurant experience essential
- High level of physical fitness with the ability walk up and down stairs in a fast-paced environment
- An outgoing personality with the ability to work well within a team environment
- Must be available to work every evening including weekends and school holidays
- Reliable transport as shifts are outside public transport hours
