**The role**

This is a great opportunity to join Origin's LPG Distribution team based in Bulwer Island, QLD. As a Terminal Operator, you’ll be supported by the Leading Hand (team leader) on your afternoon/night shift and be responsible for the effective and safe receipt, storage and distribution of LPG products and cylinders. These LPG cylinders can accommodate for Origin’s Domestic, Commercial, Industrial and Agricultural customers. With a focus on safety and OH&S compliance within your team environment, you will play an important role in Origin's LPG Distribution process while helping to maintain the consistent quality of service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Assist in the receipt of LPG into the terminal from ships and road tankers
- Loading and unloading of trucks and Refilling LPG cylinders
- Refurbishment and re-testing of LPG cylinders
- Transfer of LPG via pipeline to third party facilities
- Assist with loading and unloading of cylinder trucks
- General maintenance and cleaning tasks within the terminal
- Participation in safety activities including HSE meetings, observations, emergency response, incident reporting and audits

**Is this you?**

To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate experience working in warehousing and operations particularly in an Oil & Gas context.
- Forklift ticket would be highly advantageous
- Computer based skills will be viewed highly
- Experience adhering to health and safety requirements
- Motivated and able to use your own initiative
- Good customer service skills

As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete a full medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
