We are all about the delivery of class leading experiences for our clients, their employees and guests and need great people to join our teams. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Professional to support our Site Lead at one of Melbourne’s most prestigious corporate locations in Melbourne Docklands.

Reporting to the Site Lead, you will use your leadership and operational expertise to ensure seamless delivery of a number of events daily ranging from sandwich lunches through to sit down formal dinners and high-end cocktail functions whilst ensuring food quality and service standards are maintained to the highest level. Ideally you will have extensive experience in a high-volume food and beverage venue such as restaurants, 5-star hotels and conference centres.

**Other key responsibilities include**:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of various events
- Working closely with Head Chef/Site Lead to ensure all the financial aspects of your business unit including budgeting, cost control and reporting are achieved and upheld.
- Leading a diverse team to deliver innovative food and beverage events for a broad range of internal stakeholders.
- Working closely with the Head Chef/Site Lead to ensure all legislative compliance and standards are met to minimise risk and maximise business efficiency and outcomes.
- Driving revenue and harnessing new opportunities.
- Develop, train and nurture your hospitality team to ensure service standards are upheld to all events.

**In addition, you can demonstrate**:

- Significant experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
- Outstanding client service focus demonstrated by superior communication ability.
- Strong business and financial management skills.
- Proven experience in managing people and situations within a constantly changing and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work at different hours throughout a Mon-Fri working week. This role will involve working evenings at different times throughout the course of the week.
- Exceptional relationships skills and the ability to manage a broad range of senior stakeholders.
