About the role*

We are seeking passionate Casual Educators to work at our Outside School Hours Care program which is located at Manly Vale. Flexibility and reliability to turn up to a shift with short notice will be required.

We are keen to appeal to TAFE and University students as well as individuals interested in working in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC).

Duties*

A role in Out of School Hours Care is both rewarding and fun with the opportunity to work in a creative way with school age children.

A Casual Childcare Educator for an Outside of School Hours Care program has;
An ability to build relationships with children, their families and school staff;
A commitment to ensuring all policies, procedures and regulatory frameworks are met; as well as
An understanding about safeguarding children and provision of a safe work environment.

Requirements*

A mature approach with an interest in supporting children in an OSHC environment - Experience in working in OSHC or Children's Services settings is highly regarded.
Experience creating quality education/care settings for children aged 5-12; as well as
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
Working With Children Check and Criminal History Check
