**The Company**
Our client specialises in providing operationally-focused technical building services for facilities which are complex or operationally challenging, including Data Centres, major government complexes, critical healthcare facilities, laboratories and large commercial complexes.

**The Role**

You will be working as part of an internal team following a comprehensive work plan around site maintenance.

**About You**:

- Previous experience working in residential / commercial building
- Previous experience with residential / commercial property maintenance
- Patch up plaster work, painting
- Fix door and window frames
- Hanging brackets, lights
- Be physically fit for some heavy lifting
- Carpentry background highly regarded
- Proven experience with hand and power tools
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of OHS
- Be prepared to have full medical, drug and alcohol testing conducted
- Work in a safe manner at all times, adhering to all OH&S policies and procedures
- Work in a team environment interacting with multiple trades
- Have strong English communication skills to enable a good rapport with all levels of personnel
- Be self motivated and well organised with a sense of urgency

**You should hold the following**:

- Valid driving licence and own vehicle

**On Offer**:
Day shift hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00am - 4.00pm

$35 + per hour based on skills and experience

Car or Car allowance (if you own a ute)
