Female Disabilty Support Worker

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality support to individuals with mental health conditions.
- Assist clients in managing daily activities and achieving their personal goals.
- Implement individualised support plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
- Manage challenging behaviors with appropriate strategies and interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in mental health support, with a focus on Schizoaffective disorder and EUPD
- Experience working with NDIS participants.
- Demonstrated ability to manage challenging behaviors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in mental health or a related field (desirable).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.76 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 37.5 per week
