**Description**:
**About the Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate Production 2IC to join our Sydney based team on a full-time basis.

As the 2IC, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth production processes.

**Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)**:
Lead, motivate and drive the production team to meet daily production goals.
Work with the Production Manager to develop WHS policies and take the lead with safe work practices.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:
Manufacturing experience (essential)
Transport/logistics experience (desired)
Forklift licence (essential)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills to streamline production processes.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
