**Who is Guide and what are we Guiding?**

Guide Healthcare is a young business with the energy and enthusiasm you would expect from a chihuahua (without the small dog syndrome) and yes that is a reference to the office puppy Sammy

**The role**:
We are now looking for an experienced accounts all-rounder to work with our bookkeeper and accountants and to support our growing teams.
- Permanent part-time
- 24 hours per week - _with the potential to increase to full-time_
- Location - Head Office in Rosebery or option to work a blended model of part Office and part Work From Home.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Accounts payable and receivable
- Generating invoices and statements
- Processing invoices
- Monitoring and reviewing customer accounts
- Allocation of payments / Bank Reconciliation
- Processing Payroll / Superannuation

**About you**:

- Experience with Quickbooks is essential
- Confident in working autonomously
- Friendly demeanour and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to provide Monthly business performance reports
- Experience in accounting all-rounder roles
- Comfortable liaising with Guide team members and clients
- Problem solver
