About the Role

Seven Point Australian Pork (SPP) is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our Maintenance team in a full-time capacity. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Coordinator
- Plans, arranges, implements and provides preventative maintenance programs for all plant, machinery, equipment and buildings.
- Manages and assigns resources for all unplanned maintenance and minor works.
- Ensures that proper records of all maintenance activities are kept in accordance with statutory requirements and management policies.
- Coordinates and monitors external contractor services.
- Ensure Quality Assurance is maintained in all facets of maintenance delivery.

About You

Possession of Trades or Engineering qualifications
Previous experience in a similar maintenance leadership role in a large, industrial environment
Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment advantageous
Highly motivated self-starter
Ability to take responsibility and ownership of decisions
Ability to plan and organise project and maintenance activities to optimise the use of available resources
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and inspire the team
