At Rosny Early Learning Centre, we’re looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our wonderful, experienced team. You’ll be an integral part of a program that celebrates each child’s individuality, offering a range of enriching learning experiences through play. Our activities are designed to engage children’s interests and foster their development, including imaginative play, music, storytelling and quiet time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise children during daily routines, activities, and excursions.
- Support children’s development through engaging educational and recreational activities.
- Contribute to program planning, balancing intentional teaching with child-led exploration.
- Assist with daily routines (e.g., toileting, eating, dressing) and provide a safe, hygienic environment.
- Communicate with parents and staff to ensure children’s needs are met.

**About you**:

- Diploma in Children’s Services or an Early Childhood Education degree.
- Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene practices in childcare.
- Hold a valid Tasmanian working with vulnerable people registration.

**What we offer you**:

- Full-time (38 hours per week), ongoing employment and a 19-day month
- Diploma level qualified applicants: between $57,034.88 and $61,304.04 will be negotiated (dependent on skills and experience) + 12.5% superannuation
