Novus Auto Glass, offer chip and crack repairs, replacements and ADAS Calibrations on a range of different vehicles to businesses/ fleet and the general public.

We are looking for a windscreen technician who can work autonomously, believe in the brand and build and develop great working relationships with local businesses and clients.

**The Role**

Our new Auto Glass Technician will be responsible for providing the highest quality of service and standards of workmanship.
- Repair or replace glass and related materials such as windshields, back glass, passenger door glass and heating elements on vehicles while consistently meeting or exceeding Novus Glass technical standards
- Examine glass for defects prior to installation.
- When necessary, cut glass according to specified patterns, or perform precision patternmaking and glass cutting to custom fit replacement windows.
- When necessary, shape or smooth edges of uneven glass
- Effectively manage, and take accountability for service center stocks (planning, ordering, loss reduction and checking).
- Seek and identify all opportunities to increase sales (add on products) and further develop the business of Novus Glass®.
- Consistently and strictly adhere to company Health and Safety procedures using the correct safety equipment
- Company vehicle provided
- Ongoing training & support to enable you to fulfill your potential.
- Other related tasks as required

The Novus Glass® chip and crack repair kit will be provided alongside training in the industry innovative repair methods.

**Selection Criteria**
- 2 years minimum experience in windscreen repair, removal and refit
- Cert II Automotive Glazing Technology qualification highly regarded, but not essential
- Competent to work independently and maintain pace of a high-volume repair environment
- Ability to communicate with wider repair team and meet deadlines and quality standards
- Must have a valid drivers licence
