We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager to help lead our MAXIMA Canberra store in the ACT on a full-time basis.

- Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team-

- Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams-
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.-
- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development-
