We are seeking **Home Care Employees **to join our Home Care team in Northern and North West Sydney areas. This role will provide person centred direct care services to our elderly clients such as personal care, domestic assistance, transport and shopping. This is a unique opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team, within a highly respected, not for profit organisation.

We seek self-motivated and friendly individuals with:

- Motivation and commitment to caring for the elderly
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Certificate III in Home and Community Care or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in health, aged or community based services providing personal care, domestic assistance and/or support services
- Evidence of good communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken Chinese and basic skills in written and spoken English
- Evidence of good team building and interpersonal skills
- First Aid Certificate
- Current driver’s licence, good driving record, and access to a reliable care with comprehensive car insurance
- Access to and ability to use a smart mobile phone.
- Australian Citizenship / Residency.
- National Police Clearance.
- Experience in dementia care is preferred
- Qualifications and experience in providing medication assistance is highly desirable
