Job Purpose:
The Treasury Manager - FX Payments is responsible for overseeing the company's foreign exchange payment operations, including managing the daily cash position, foreign currency exposure, and liquidity risk. The role also involves developing and executing strategies to optimize FX payment operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and liaising with various stakeholders, including banks, payment processors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize FX payment operations, including managing cash flows, foreign exchange exposure, and liquidity risk
- Monitor and analyze daily cash positions to ensure that the company's cash resources are effectively managed
- Work closely with banks and payment processors to ensure timely and accurate processing of FX payments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, banks, and payment processors
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management on cash positions, foreign exchange exposure, and liquidity risk
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure that FX payment operations are efficient, effective, and comply with internal controls
- Identify and manage FX payment-related risks, including currency risk, settlement risk, and counterparty risk
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological developments to ensure that FX payment operations are optimized and efficient

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in treasury operations, with a focus on FX payments
- Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets and payment processing systems
- Proven ability to develop and execute FX payment strategies that optimize cash flows and manage risks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with AML and KYC regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
