Drummond Golf is Australia’s biggest golf retailer carrying all the major brands and providing a one-stop-shop for all your golfing needs. Our Booragoon superstore is looking for a highly motivated and hands on Retail Sales to assist in performing the day-to-day operations under direct guidance from the Franchisee.

You will:

- Assist the Franchisee in the day to day operations of the store
- Drive and exceed sales targets and budgets and help to mentor and train casual staff
- Assist the Franchisee with stock management
- Undertake regular rolling stock takes
- Take ownership of the housekeeping chart and drive this with staff
- Ensure all store ticketing is up-to-date
- Be responsible for the store when the Franchisee is away

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a dynamic and energetic personality and loves dealing with people
- Has extensive retail and selling skills (retail store management experience essential)
- Has a strong customer focus with outstanding customer service skills
- Has a passion for golf and loves staying up-to-date with what’s current in terms of golfing equipment and products
- Has the ability to achieve sales targets
- Has the ability to lead a sale team
- Enjoys working in a team based environment
- Is a great listener
- Truly believes the customer always comes first

Pay: $55,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
