Barista

We are looking for a motivated and versatile Barista All-Rounder to join our dynamic team and help create a memorable café experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Barista Duties**: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages with consistency and care.
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and ensure every guest has a positive experience.
- **Café Operations**: Assist with cafe operation, maintaining a clean and organised space, and managing stock.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work alongside a friendly team, helping where needed, including clearing tables and supporting colleagues.
- **Cash Handling**: Accurately process payments and assist with register balancing.
- **Health & Safety**: Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
- Previous barista experience is required.
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- A team player who is proactive and eager to help where needed.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
