Telwater is Australia’s largest manufacturer of trailered boats producing iconic brands such as Quintrex, Stacer, and Yellow Fin Plate boats.

**About the role**

Telwater is searching for an operator to become a vital part of our Fit Out team. This position is responsible for foaming and installing floors, wiring of dash and consoles, installing navigational equipment and engine rigging into our boats. If you are willing to learn new skills, show initiative and like a variety of activities each day, this could be the job for you

These are full time, permanent roles working 6am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday (40hrs/ week) based in Coomera

**Duties Include**:

- Wiring and fitting of components into our Plate Boats.
- Installing accessories as per customer orders
- General labouring duties, cross training in other sections where required

- Show initiative and willingness to learn.
- Reliability with great attendance
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
- Good hand and power tool knowledge and experience
- Have your own reliable transport and Driver’s License
- Full Australian working rights
- Attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your work
- Willingness to learn and develop skills within our boat building operations

Pay: $30.09 - $32.33 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
