**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced project coordinator to coordinate delivery of a national program of facilitated community-based supports for young children (0-8yrs) with disability or developmental concerns and their parents and carers. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Early Inclusion Connect Project Coordinator will work with Playgroup state and territory organisationsand other external stakeholders to coordinate, monitor and evaluate the national delivery of a suite of facilitated community-based supports such as playgroups, music programs and online groups.

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field and demonstrated ability in successfully planning and managing of projects
- High level written and interpersonal verbal communications skills
- Experience preparing performance reports and submissions
- Knowledge of contemporary and evidence-based practices in disability and inclusion
- Highly effective interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build effective internal and external stakeholder relationships and establish professional networks
- Working knowledge of community sector services
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously, and collaboratively as part of a geographically dispersed team
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with government online portals

- **Experience working in early childhood, parent and/or community-based programs**
- **Project management and/or community sector management qualifications**
