Are you a teacher/illustrator and want to work in a young, creative environment? Art Academica is a school with a classic approach to art education.

This work will be perfect for fine art students as long as it requires only a couple of hours per day and allow you to express your creativity and potential.
- Rate per class + super will be paid
- All lesson plans will be provided.

We are growing and looking for an art teacher for kids 5-9 years old with potential to teach 9-14, teenagers (creating a portfolio) and adults
- have knowledge of classic /realistic oil and acrylic painting, drawing
- know colour theory
- rules of composition
- tone and patterns
- have portfolio
- have a bubbly personality
- love fairytales and legends, interesting facts

You will need:

- follow the program (all lesson plans and examples will be povided)
- set up for a lesson
- engage kids in art/show them what and how to do, demonstration is an important part of the program
- clean up after the lesson

During the interview, you will be given a simple task to sketch and paint.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $45.00 per hour
