We are currently looking for a passionate, committed, and engaging **Training Advisor in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability Services or Community Services)** to join the team in our Deception Bay office working across the Brisbane North and Somerset regions on a** full-time** basis.

**The Role - A Day in the Life of a Training Advisor**

As a **Training Advisor** you will provide flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring. You will also get out and about within the aged care industry assessing and assisting your students in their host establishment. You will join a team of dedicated trainers and will get satisfaction from knowing you have empowered your students to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers through your personalised service.

**Your Key Responsibilities** will include:

- Delivering accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring
- Assessing the skills and abilities of your students to tailor your training offering
- Ensure management of own case load is maintained within identified milestones

**Criteria for Success**
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40122 or TAE40116 or equivalent
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain one)
- Current Industry Qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ Industry experience
- Current Driver’s Licence
- A recent clear National Police Check
- A current QLD blue card
