***As the**Engineer Manager,**you will be joining the **Data Delivery team** that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Triage new demand in your squad(s) and ensures enough technology guidance exists at high level to initiate work and lead design activities.
- Contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle.
- Analyse user requirements to define business objectives.
- Envisioning system features and functionality.
- Lead and manage a team.
- Prompt Design and Optimisation: developing creative and effective prompts that enable our AI models to generate high-quality outputs. Research, analyse, and refine prompts to improve model performance, diversity, consistency, and coherence.

**What you will bring**
- Experience working with AI/ML/DS tooling.
- Extensive programming experience in Python and data manipulation with use of appropriate Python packages.
- Experience of using AWS/Azure services.
- Hand-on experience with NLP techniques and technologies.
- Proficient in working with large-scale datasets and data pre-processing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of prompting and including different prompting strategies and when they should be used.
- Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of code versioning tools, for instance, Git.
- Understanding of git branching strategy.
- Experience leading a team.
