**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer business phone calls and manage reservations during operating hours.
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the manager and management team to achieve revenue targets and operational goals.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by following company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and maintain a positive restaurant image.
- Monitor food and beverage quality throughout service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Contribute feedback and suggestions for menu development and service improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience as a Café or Restaurant Supervisor/Manager is preferred.
- Current NSW Liquor License is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and keen attention to detail.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Sushi-making experience is highly regarded.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
