**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate forklifts to move materials, goods, and equipment within the facility.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Inspect forklifts for safety and maintenance issues before use.
- Ensure all materials are handled and stored in accordance with safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Comply with all workplace safety policies and procedures.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- **Option 1**:

- AQF **Certificate II** in Forklift Operation or equivalent, and
- **At least 1.5 years** of relevant post-qualification experience (working 20 hours or more per week).
- **Option 2**:

- AQF **Certificate III** in Forklift Operation or equivalent, and
- **At least 1 year** of relevant post-qualification experience (working 20 hours or more per week).
- **Option 3**:

- **At least 2 years** of relevant full-time work experience (working 38 hours or more per week) in a forklift operating role.
- **Additional Requirement**:
**Desired Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good physical fitness and stamina to operate machinery for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or industrial setting is a plus.

**Time Schedule**:
6 am start till finish around 8 hours each day

Mon to Sat

Pay: $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Manual handling: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
