Their passion for making a difference within the community, combined with their internal development opportunities, has enabled great success. With a view to further develop the high performing Recruitment team, we are now seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join the organisation on an initial 12-month fixed-term engagement.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager Talent and Benefits, this role will work closely with multiple business units to provide advice and support in the management of full end-to-end recruitment processes. To further on this, it is expected that you will:
Resolve queries from internal or external stakeholders by providing information on processes and the related policies;
Maintain the e-Recruitment Information System, including data management, reporting, delivering training to end users, and providing input into the development and implementation of system improvements;

Proactively monitor and review all elements of the recruitment process as well as other related HR processes to ensure continuous improvement.

About You

An awareness of and an ability to advise on remuneration and industrial relations frameworks, and employment legislation;
Demonstrated ability to review, develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives/projects relating to recruitment systems, process and practices; and

Clear and effective communication including written, verbal and presentation skills.
