Programmed Skilled Workforce are Australia and New Zealand's leading provider of managed labour, staffing and training services. We are currently sourcing for Freight Handlers for one of our clients based in the Perth Airport and the benefits of this role include but are not limited to:

- Free on site parking
- Weekly pay cycle with penalties available for shift work and overtime

We are currently sourcing for Freight Handlers for one of our clients based in the Perth Airport and the benefits of this role include but are not limited to:

- **An opportunity to work with one of Australia's leading commercial airlines within the freight handling division**

The duties would involve working as a porter, including processing incoming mail/parcels from interstate or overseas, driving a tugger cart around the site to move the products, as well as use of the forklift. This position would be a great opportunity to gain experience in the aviation/logistics industry, as well as exposure to industry specific software programming.

**About your new role**:

- Loading and unloading of freight from courier vans and ULD's
- Processing inbound and outbound freight
- Sorting, weighing and scanning of parcels
- Checking consignments
- Fast paced environment
- Possess a valid Forklift Licence (LF) or be willing to obtain one
- Be willing to pass a National Criminal History Check and Drug & Alcohol Test
- Have strong reliability and a great attitude towards work
- It is a requirement of our client that in order to be successful for this role, you must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (or willing to be vaccinated)
