As a Space Analyst - Workplace Experience, you'll play a key role in delivering Perpetual’s Future Fit Workplace strategy.

You will support and enable the creation of workplaces that align to Perpetual’s strategic business goals and company direction.

Your key tasks and outputs:
- Conduct regular Utilisation Studies of the Sydney Perpetual Office (Angel Place).- Ensure the data collected using Vantage Space is as accurate as possible- Complete the Utilisation Study of each floor once every day- Any other routine tasks deemed appropriate for the role- Support the delivery of Perpetual’s Future Fit Workplace by completing daily Utilisation Studies of Angel Place- Ensure the data collected using Vantage Space is as accurate as possible- Complete the Utilisation Study of each floor once every day- Act as custodian for any computer hardware and software provided by Perpetual- Work with the Workplace Experience team to ensure the data is timely and accurate- Any other routine tasks deemed appropriate for the role
