We are a property management company looking for an energetic retired or semi-retired couple to join the team to live on site at our spacious and conveniently located Zillmere complex. It is 4 minutes to the huge Westfield shopping town.

This particular role (s) offers an easy on-site living life style with ongoing needs for a small complex common area gardening work, and on going needs to do handyman type of maintenance work.

We require honest personnel who can handle all gardening and all other handyman tools proficiently. The job provide all gardening tools and would prefer you have your own repair gear.
