**Civil Works Operator - Join Our Dynamic Team**

Salary Range**:$57,000 - $68, 500 + Adverse Allowance 3.5% per hour** **on top** + Benefits (including 11% super, fitness centre membership, wellbeing events, and more)
- new Industrial Agreement - payrises in July 24,25 & 26**

**What You Will Be Working On**:

- Safely and efficiently operate a range of civil machinery, ensuring the highest standards in construction and maintenance.
- Undertake maintenance and construction activities on roads, footpaths, kerb and gutter, pits, stormwater infrastructure, and other associated facilities.
- Collaborate with the team to champion a positive and collaborative working environment.

**About You**:

- National Police Clearance and WA HR Drivers License.
- Experience in civil construction and maintenance.
- Proficiency in operating a variety of civil plant machinery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a crew environment, resolving problems as they arise on the job.
- Understanding of work safety issues and basic traffic management.
- Experience with technology platforms such as work orders and electronic timesheets.
