**Ab**out th**e role**
Your main duties will include:
- Arranging development register distribution list and reconciliations to general ledger and monthly returns to Planning NSW.
- Preparing, by data collection and entry, Part 4 and 5 Applications, s10.7 and s735A certificates for issues, including Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, Local Government Act and cognate (related) legislation.
- Coordinating/arranging for the attendance of professional specialist officers (DAO/BAO) for inspections as required.
**Salary Information**
Total remuneration for the role is in the range $2,856.59 to $3,036.90 gross per fortnight consisting of:
- $2,561.96 to $2,723.68 base salary
- $294.63 to $313.22 superannuation (at 11.5%)
