We are looking for a dynamic and hard-working hospitality professional to join our team at Monash Club Clayton.

As a member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where you can contribute your own human-centred approach to guest services. We provide a variety of services—from restaurants to functions—and as such, we're seeking an all-rounder who has experience in both areas.
- The role will include the following responsibilities:_

Facilitating smooth and well-managed service periods with the aim of delivering a memorable dining experience, rostering—balancing staffing needs during service and non-service
- The successful applicant for this role will have the following qualities:_
- Experience as a waiter in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent, clear, and consistent communicator (clients & colleagues)
- Calm under pressure - at the Monash Club we have a very demanding and high-paced customer service environment
- Have a valid RSA
- Self-led and adaptable
- Showing attention to detail and immaculate presentation
- Barista experience is a bonus but not a deal breaker
- Basic bar experience
- Flexible with your days & time, including a willingness to work some nights

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 25-38 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
