**About Tandanya**:
Tandanya, National Aboriginal Cultural Institute is recognised as the leading Australian Indigenous multi-arts and cultural venue that promotes an understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures through artistic expression, participation, and interaction in a reconciliatory way.

On-site we have a beautiful retail shop, a great Café, and we hold events all year that require catering.

**The Role**:
We are looking for passionate customer service individuals to join the team on a casual basis, to work at events, within the Café, or in the retail shop.

**Key Duties**:

- Serving customers
- Prepare café style food and drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and follow all WHS procedures
- Assist in maintaining stock levels of all supplies in the shop and Café
- Merchandising

**To be successful in the roles**:

- Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Retail or Hospitality experience
- An understanding of diverse Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, beliefs, and practices
- Experience using POS
- Current RSA / Barista certificate
- Experience working in a fast pace under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, flexible and trustworthy
