**Location**: Melbourne-based preferred
**Type**: Casual / Freelance (2-3 days per week with potential to grow)

We’re looking for a **Content Creator** who knows what’s trending before it hits the algorithm. Someone who _lives in Reels_, breathes TikTok, and understands that content is nothing without **performance and growth** behind it.

This role goes beyond filming — you’ll be **curating UGC**, **bringing talent and creators into the space**, and helping turn ideas into results. If you know how to drive engagement and think like a content strategist _and_ a creative, this is for you.

**What you’ll do**:

- Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Curate and shoot UGC-style content with talent, creators & clients
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Create video ideas and execute
- Spot emerging trends and jump on them early
- Assist in social account growth and light community management
- Leverage our in-house studio space to create elevated content

**We want you to be the face of the brand**

**You bring**:

- Strong understanding of social-first content that drives performance
- Natural instincts for camera framing, lighting, and storytelling
- Passion for digital culture, creators, and viral formats
- Bonus: Can shoot BTS, flatlays, or direct creators during filming
- Strong Network

**Platforms**:

- Strong understanding of capcut (Adobe, if you have the skills)

**What you will have access too**:

- Full studio/workshop
- Cinema Cams/Digi Cams/Camcorders/Film Cams and more.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
