We’re on the hunt for an incredible babysitter who’s keen to take on a little more responsibility

As a babyfitter Babysitter, you will be looking after our gorgeous bubs and kids (0-5 yo) outdoors (or indoors on bad weather days) while their parents train at our 40-minute workouts.

Your mission is to make parents’ lives easier by assuring them that their children are safe and happy so that they can focus on their training. You will be supplied with a play set up (with toys and picnic rugs) and will also have use of a playground.

We are ideally looking for a contractor with an ABN, your pay is $30 per hour, however we're happy to discuss bringing you on as an employee if you do not have an ABN.

We will also refer you to our large network of clients for private babysitting work if you would like more hours. Your private babysitting rate is negotiable so you may charge clients the rate you decide. Many of our lovely clients are looking for reliable sitters so if you’re up for it, there is absolutely work there

**Babyfitter hours required are as follows**:

- Monday 9:30am-12:45pm
- Tuesday 9:15am-11:45am

During these hours you will work across Hawthorn & Heathmont, so you must have a drivers licence and car.

As the Babysitter you will:

- Be responsible for between 1-5 children of various ages (newborn to 5 years old) during the 40-minute workouts using the babyfitter play set-up provided
- Get to know the children well, have fun, keep them safe and entertained, and gain the trust of the parents
- Get to use your own creativity with games and activies for the kids. For example, Treasure Hunts in winter and Water Play in summer

You will need to be:

- Confident and able to take initiative
- Reliable and punctual (Some of our Mama's only have this particular 40 minutes each week to workout, so it is essential that you are there on time)
- Have a positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Experienced working with children of all ages and able to keep the attention of the children during the session

You will need to have:

- Experience working with children of all ages
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid
- A reliable car
- Driver’s license
