***Things You’ll **Do**:

- Support the setup, rollout, evolution and BAU activities of Council’s cutting-edge ERP solution, OneCouncil.
- Conduct investigation into incidents using your strong L2 Root Cause Analysis skills.
- Develop and maintain documentation relevant to system changes.
- Take the lead on continual service improvements and keep up to speed with the latest standards, technologies and best practice.

- **Package **:A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
- **Hours of work**:Permanent Full Time, 35 hours per week with the option of 19 day month flexitime.
