**About Frankie & George**:
Frankie & George is a bustling CBD café that has built its reputation on serving exceptional specialty coffee in a fast-paced environment. We take pride in our commitment to quality and are seeking an experienced barista who can thrive under pressure and shares our passion for the coffee industry. Serving up Single O on a set up with 2 anfims, a La Marzocco PB 3 group, fetco & EK grinder.

**Position Overview**:

- Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday essential
- Shifts range between 5:45am - 8:30pm

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Coffee Preparation**:

- Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
- Confidently dial in espresso machines, ensuring optimal extraction and flavour profiles throughout the day.
- Manage and maintain coffee equipment, including grinders and espresso machines.

**Operational Efficiency**:

- Work efficiently during busy periods, maintaining speed and accuracy without compromising on quality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow, particularly during rush periods.
- Assist with general café duties, including restocking, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy workspace.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, enhancing their overall experience.
- Provide recommendations and share knowledge about our coffee offerings with guests.
- Address any customer concerns or feedback promptly and effectively.

**Industry Engagement**:

- Stay informed about trends and developments in the coffee industry.
- Show enthusiasm for learning and improving coffee skills, including participating in training and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a barista in a high-volume, specialty coffee environment.
- Strong skills in dialling in espresso machines and a solid understanding of coffee extraction.
- Ability to maintain composure and deliver consistent quality under pressure.
- Keen interest in the coffee industry, with a desire to learn and grow within the field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Remuneration**:
