We celebrate people who embrace our values and BIG AMBITIONS and the opportunity is here now for a Integrated Craft Designer to join our team in Sydney. **The Opportunity - Integrated Craft Designer** The Integrated Designer at M&C Saatchi brings a strong focus on craft, design excellence and attention to detail to all briefs and tasks and is responsible for the concepting and production of print and digital design projects across all agency clients, supporting the Design Director, Studio Manager and Creative Department **A snapshot of what you'll do -** - Responsible for the development of design concepts, campaigns, systems and brand identities from conceptualisation, to concept approval, concept handover or finished art delivery. - Responsible for improving and honing your design skills by working autonomously on assigned briefs, and seeking feedback from more senior members of the Craft Design and Creative Teams. - Responsible for managing multiple projects and jobs simultaneously and maintaining the creative integrity and standards of the agency while ensuring efficient output of creative is developed within approved timelines, schedules and budgets. - Responsible for developing specific goals and plans to prioritise, organise and accomplish your work through efficient time management. - Responsible for maintaining and further developing a high level of design, finished art, typographic, sketch, and digital skill knowledge and procedures and for staying up to date with emerging design, fashion and cultural trends and competent with the latest versions of software and hardware for design and creative work. - Responsible for understanding what possibilities emerging creative and media platforms (i.e. digital, multi-media, internet, mobiles) have for the enhancement of our creative work and proactively growing your capabilities by taking advantage of the training resources the agency has to offer - Plus, much more our Talent Team will share the full job description in the interview stage **Your ideal experience**: - Highly skilled in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) - Understanding of or intermediate skills in Animate and After Effects - Knowledge of and experience in print layout, pre-press & the digital design process - An understanding of web standards, user experience, general design skills & typography - Knowledge of proofing devices and understanding of print and web colour management - Knowledge of the latest design industry trends, techniques and technologies. - Degree qualified in Graphic Design / Visual Communications **What WE value MOST** - Walk in different worlds - Make Uncommon Sense - Run Towards the Fire (except if there is an actual fire when we run away from it) - Roll as one - Be excellent to each other **Best Bits About Working With Us** Our big benefits fuel our big ambitions.
