UGL are looking for a HSE Manager to head up our Health Safety and Environment team on the Gippsland Line Upgrade Project based in Victoria.

The Gippsland Line Upgrade is being delivered as part of the Victoria Government’s Regional Rail Revival program, which is upgrading V/Line regional passenger rail lines across Victoria.

Reporting to the Alliance Operations Manager, the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager will take an active leadership role to promote and drive the HSE performance and expectations to all Alliance personnel, subcontractors and stakeholders. The role will also roll out training and awareness and will cascade direction and support to the site HSE teams to ensure consistent advice is cascaded to the workforce. HSE Manager will also cascade and regularly communicate the Alliance Charter of Alliance Principles, Alliance Objectives and Alliance Purpose throughout VCA.
