**Your day-to-day tasks will include, but not be limited to**:

- End-to-end Payroll management and processing, including superannuation and salary-sacrificing arrangements, using Xero, KeyPay & Myob software
- Preparation of IAS & BAS returns
- Accounts receivable invoicing and receipt processing
- Assisting the team with the completion of tasks or work assignments as necessary to ensure client requirements are met
- Identifying potential issues or opportunities in day-to-day work and raising these with Managers or Directors

- Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role. Ideally within a private practice
- Experience in ERPs such as Xero, MYOB and Microsoft Suite
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or higher
- Understanding of accountancy processes and requirements
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to prepare concise and meaningful reports
- Ability to work to deadlines
