**Early Childhood Educators - Malvern**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create Lesson plans based on state and school approved curriculum
- Diligently monitoring all children for the duration of the allocated hours
- Compassionately encouraging and engaging children to ensure they are kept active
- Ensuring a clean, tidy and organised classroom for the children
- Maintain constant communication with clients, children and necessary stakeholders of the business
- Prepare, implement and evaluate play-based developmental programs
- Planning and implementing a quality educational program which values a holistic view of each child’s development

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Early Childhood studies
- WWC check
- First Aid/ CPR is essential
- Child Protection training is essential
- Previous post grad experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Seeking to long term growth within an organisation
