**The Role**:
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Greeting clients, other guests, couriers
- Assisting with office administration and office housekeeping
- Ordering of stationery and groceries
- Document scanning and control.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, staff and managers

**To be considered for this role you will need to have the following**:

- Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
- A friendly and approachable personality and always be willing to help.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Have strong skills in the use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- The ability to multi-task.
- Extremely reliable and punctual.
- Previous administration/reception experience will be highly regarded.
