**About the Role**:
As a Retail Team Member, you will help create a high-performance culture and deliver great customer experiences. Your role includes assisting in various store areas, from customer service to back-of-house operations. You'll provide excellent service throughout the sales process and support merchandising on the sales floor. Additionally, you'll ensure efficient stock delivery and processing by following store receiving procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in achieving sales targets and monitoring performance.
- Assist managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Maintain store policies, procedures, and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve customer issues.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in similar role involving casual retail role.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to hold a strong dialogue at multiple levels
- A valid car Driver's License and reliable vehicle (Learners Permit NOT Accepted)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a large organisation
- Strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Passion for technology.
