We have a fantastic opportunity in our Dandenong office for a positive, energetic and highly motivated experienced Legal Assistant to join our National Work & Road team. This role will have you supporting the Workers’ Compensation team. The role is a full time opportunity however we are open to discussions regarding flexible work arrangements.
- This role will have you responsible for providing one on one administrative support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development. Daily duties will include:
- Generating & editing correspondence
- Liaising and corresponding with clients
- Producing and filing various court documents
- Extensive diary management
- All other administrative tasks

What will you bring?

To secure this opportunity, you will have:
- Previous experience as a legal assistant, personal assistant or legal secretary supporting a personal injury law team;
- A high attention to detail;
- Proven time management;
- An ability to deal sensitively with clients and show empathy when required;
- Working in a team environment is essential.
