**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions for students from primary school to Year 12
- Collaborate to create customised lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Monitor and report on student progress, maintaining regular communication with carers.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, catering to students with diverse learning styles and abilities.

**Qualifications & Experience**

**Essential**:

- Strong academic background in as many of the following:

- General/ Methods and/or Specialist Maths
- Literature
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Accounting
- Economics.
- Minimum completed Year 10
- A willingness to learn and adapt to The Learning Lobby's teaching approach.
- Blue card (can be obtained after hiring)

**Desirable**:

- Experience working with students with learning challenges (e.g., ADHD, dyslexia, autism).
- Familiarity with current school curriculums and examination requirements (e.g., ATAR, NAPLAN)
- First aid certificate

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
