**About the Role**

As Employment Services Trainer, you will be responsible for evaluating performance in our Employment Services division to gauge skills gaps & creating training programs for our teams to address these gaps.

Your collaboration & communication skills will be at the forefront of this role, liaising with leaders & staff to ensure outcomes are met in performance, quality & compliance.

Based in the Murray Bridge region, this role is 2 days a week on a casual basis.

**About you**:
To carry out this role you will need to have previous experience in project management and training & will hold Certificate 4 in Training & Assessment (TAE40116). You should also hold or be able to work towards Certificate 4 in Employment Services. Knowledge of Employment Services working practices is essential.

You will be an excellent communicator and team-worker with well-developed problem solving, critical thinking & decision-making abilities. Great time management is essential

You will also need a full drivers licence.
