FRONT DESK OPERATOR - MOTEL RECEPTIONIST
FULL -TIME / PART-TIME OR CASUAL

We own and operate some well established motels in Australia, one that is based in Hamilton, Brisbane
Training of the Reservation Software (RMS) will be provided, however, priority will given to applicants with previous RMS experience.
This autonomous position currently consists of various shifts on a fortnightly roster including weekend shift/s, or part-time, casual shifts to suit.
We're looking for someone that presents well, is enthusiastic with a great eye for detail.
Previous exposure to reservations and third party bookings will be essential.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- *Checking guests in
*Checking guests out
*Answering Telephone and booking reservations
*Reconciling Daily Cash Transactions against the EFTPOS terminal
*Preparing Tax Invoices on Departure as required
*Receipting Customer accounts and preparing statements
*Setting up and packing up Conference rooms from time to time
*Setting up and packing up Continental breakfast
If you are well presented, punctual and *reliable*, have demonstrated experience with MS Office Applications, have a pleasant and enthusiastic phone manner with a focus on Customer service and would like to be part of our friendly team, then we'd love to hear from you.

**Job Types**: Casual, Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.08 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hamilton, QLD 4007: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
