Front of House Assistant

WE ARE HIRING at City Cave Cleveland
- Casual Float Attendant - (Front of House)
Up to 20 hours per week.
We are an industry leader in the health and wellbeing sector. We offer a range of therapies including float therapy, infrared sauna and massage therapy.

The centre is open every day from 8.30am - 9pm so you must be flexible in your availability for late and early shifts as well as alternate weekends.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Building customer relationships
- Preparing and dressing rooms for our Customers
- Facilitating client experience
- Booking system management - phone bookings and client intake
- Administration and Diary Management
- Complete daily and weekly reports for Management.
- Liaising with health practitioners
- Excel at customer service and ooze positivity
- Eye for detail
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Reception duties
- Cleaning - Centre tidiness.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Experience in high end customer service is an advantage. Eg. Day Spa, Beauty Clinic, Fine dining, hotel or airlines. Or, experience in the Hospitality industry.
- Must be mature in outlook and have life experience.
