Trade Counter Sales/ Customer Service Officer
- Rockingham

Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity in the building industry? Join our friendly team as a Trade Counter Sales / Customer Service Officer at the Gyprock Trade Centre in Rockingham, WA. We're seeking someone with a valid drivers licence, retail or customer service experience and warehouse / trade experience. Industry experience will be ideal.We'll provide training on our Trade Centres' products to help you grow.
CSR is the name behind many powerful brands, providing innovative and sustainable building solutions across the residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing customer service, fulfilling orders, conducting inventory counts and maintain a clean and organised workspace. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading customer vehicles while prioritising safety, warehouse operations (including picking orders, daily stock counts, stock replenishment) and most importantly, a willingness to learn coupled with a great attitude
- Valid driver's licence
- Possess a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work independently.
- Store person experience or customer service experience
- Basic computer skills essential.
- Flexible attitude
- Physically fit - comfortable doing a 20kg single lift
- Valid forklift license, not essential but preferred.

**Hours of Work**:
**Monday to Friday**: 6:30am to 4:00pm and every third or fourth Saturday at Mandurah Site 7:00am-12:00pm.
