**Job Description**:
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and driven sport management professional to join the Griffith Sport team as a Sport Officer.
This diverse role covers administration and operational support for the Griffith Sport department with main focuses on sporting clubs, social sport, junior sport programs, representative sport, events and activities.
It involves club development and support, event and competition management, general administration duties and logístical tasks.
Please be aware that this is a full time role and requires the successful applicant to work various hours, including a minimum of 3 weekday afternoons/evenings per week, with some weekend work when programs or events require it.

**About You**
To succeed in the role, you would need
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills as you will be dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- proven experience with software including point of sale, excel, booking systems and databases
- An associate diploma level qualification with relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant skills, knowledge and experience.
- Blue Card
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Driver's Licence
Additional Information
**Salary range**
Hew Level 4 Base Salary $65,112 - $68,700 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total package is in the range $76,181 - $80,379 per annum.
